North West Surrey Health and Care Allianceis a partnership of local health, social care, voluntary sector and Council professionals who have come together to help improve the health, wellbeing and life chances of local people. That’s where we would like to know what is important to you.
The survey covers a number of areas - access to physical and mental healthcare, public transport, health and wellbeing, lifestyle and housing.
The findings of the survey will enable the Alliance to understand what is important to Woking residents, which will help in future planning of services.
You can take part in the online survey – see link below. Please make sure you submit your survey before midnight Tuesday 20th September.
